The Requirement
Our client has been using xFLOWer for years to digitize and automate internal processes. As part of our latest development, we introduced OPTEN database integration at the client's request, significantly improving the efficiency and accuracy of partner data management.
What Does xFLOWer-OPTEN Integration Offer? Challenges and the SolutionBefore the new service was introduced, company data was entered manually, creating a significant risk of errors. Correcting the resulting duplicate records and inaccurate data required ongoing work. Company data also needed to be continuously checked for accuracy, and any liquidation proceedings had to be identified in time—for example, before accepting an order.
The system now enables users to:
Verify existing partners' data against the OPTEN database,
Register new partners automatically by entering only their tax number.
Through the integration, the system queries the OPTEN database in real time and automatically populates basic details, such as:
Registered office address
Company name
Bank account number(s)
Legal form and company status
