Some partnerships go beyond a single educational opportunity, marking a genuine milestone in both professional practice and the preparation of future professionals. The collaboration between Click On Hungary Kft. and Óbuda University's Sándor Rejtő Faculty of Light Industry and Environmental Protection Engineering has delivered just such a milestone.
A Professional Partnership to Shape the Future
In the second semester of the Faculty's postgraduate Process Development Engineering programme, students used the xFLOWer system to explore the technological possibilities for automating and running processes. During this second stage of the three-semester programme, participants learned the fundamentals of xFLOWer through an intensive three-week module.
The training was delivered by staff from Click On Hungary Kft. at the invitation of Associate Professor Dr. Tamás Csiszér. It consisted of two consultation sessions, in which a theoretical introduction was followed by practical examples. Students not only became familiar with the basic concepts and the system's logic, but also completed practical tasks through case studies.
From Theory to Practice – Creating a Workflow
The examination assignment also focused on practical application: students had to create a working workflow application in xFLOWer based on a written case study and answer questions about how the system operates. The aim was to enable students to independently interpret business problems in terms of processes and translate them into digital workflows.
Participants showed active interest throughout the training and asked numerous questions about how the system works. Their feedback indicated that they found the new knowledge particularly useful and had clearly positive impressions of the xFLOWer platform.
A Promising Future for a Long-Term Partnership
Óbuda University has already expressed an interest in continuing the collaboration, and the company welcomes this prospect. The initiative appears to have been more than a successful training module: it could also mark the beginning of a longer-term partnership in digital process management education in Hungary.
