2. INTRODUCTION 2.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) govern the use of the xFLOWer application (hereinafter: Application), which can be downloaded and used on mobile devices and the Windows platform. 3. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE 3.1. The Application supports and partially automates business processes and can be used as a standalone application or as a mobile extension of the xFLOWer Process and Document Management System. 3.2. Downloading the Application to one device and using it by one User is free of charge for initiating up to 10 cases per day and managing a maximum of 10 documents.
