Workflows that drive successful project delivery
01Projects built on solid foundations
A single project can be divided into as many as 50 types of subprojects, each built on a solid foundation with xFLOWer.
02Less administration, faster workflows
Automation can reduce the overall administrative workload to a fraction of its original level, speeding up day-to-day operations.
03Transparent billing and settlement processes
Throughout a project, contracts, completion certificates and invoices are created or received in relation to clients, employees, subcontractors and suppliers. Get an accurate overview of their status in moments.
Automated project management instead of spreadsheets and emails
The workflow system handles task assignment, data storage and data transformation. Once implemented, there is no need to track everything in Excel spreadsheets, as all data is available in real time from the workflow system’s structured database.
Task assignment by email can also be eliminated, as the system handles this too—either automatically or with input from the people responsible.

No more repetitive tasks
A workflow-based project management system can automate repetitive data copying, data entry and other routine tasks.
Employees in administrative roles often have to spend a significant portion of their working hours on tasks that are not only tedious and time-consuming, but also take time away from valuable, high-impact work.
With xFLOWer, these tasks can be fully automated, saving valuable working time while boosting employee morale.
Digital document management instead of paperwork
When the xFLOWer platform is implemented, every record and document in the organization is digitized.
Existing paper documents—contracts, invoices, official correspondence and more—are scanned, their key data is extracted, and they are stored in the system’s database, where they can later be retrieved using the extracted data alone.
New documents are generated directly by our workflow management system using the appropriate templates and specified data, so they can also be managed digitally, eliminating the need for printing.

Workflow control via email
links
We know how switching between browser windows can disrupt your workflow. That is why we developed a solution that lets you make important decisions without even leaving your email client.
We embed links in the email body that let you start a workflow, approve or reject an invoice or request, and more—all with a single click.
This feature is also useful for customer communications, significantly speeding up administrative processes such as contract acceptance and order approval.
