How do you turn a complex process into
an optimized digital solution?

Monster Inc stores its contracts in Microsoft Onedrive, and Péter is responsible for making its various contract processes as efficient as possible.
When he asked Judit, who is responsible for administrative processes, he discovered the following: Contracts are initially stored in the “Preparation” subfolder within the “Contracts” folder, and each contract must first be sent to the legal department for approval.
The assistant there notifies Judit by email. Judit then moves the contract to the “To Be Signed” subfolder and sends another email to the managing director for signature.
If the managing director does not sign it within 24 hours, Judit sends another email reminder.
Once signed, the document is manually moved (by Judit) to the “Signed” folder. If the managing director emails Judit to confirm this, she can immediately send it to the relevant business partner, whose contact details she needs to look up in their CRM system.
Once she has the required email address, Judit promptly sends the contract to their customer, then returns to their CRM system to record that the contract has been sent.
