Report from the MVÜK Café Event – An xFLOWer Presentation

means today—in 2025—from a business leader’s perspective. Representing Click On Hungary Kft. and the xFLOWer team,
Zsolt Szederkényi, Marcell Strijk and Imre Csordás shared their experiences, tools and questions about the future.A Tyre Change in 2.5 Seconds: Formula 1 as a Model Process
One of the most memorable moments of the presentation was a group exercise: draw the Formula 1 tyre-change process! Within minutes, this seemingly simple request delivered some important lessons:
- A single pit stop involves dozens of steps,
- every movement is planned and coordinated in advance,
- there is no individual “improvisation”—they work as a team, following a precise sequence.
Historical Background: Process Thinking Is Nothing New
In the presentation, we showed that the systematic organisation of processes is not a new invention:
- as early as 1921, workflow diagrams supported work in railway workshops,
- Frank Bunker Gilbreth’s bricklaying study was a precursor to modern BPMN,
- Adam Smith, Frederick Taylor, Peter Drucker and Thomas Davenport all emphasised systematic process improvement.
Process Modelling – Tools and Methods

- BPMN 2.0 – a unified standard for visual process diagrams,
- Swimlane models – organised by areas of responsibility,
- CPM, Gantt charts – network-based and time-based approaches,
- as well as Petri nets, SIPOC, EPC, AoN/AoA and many other methods.
How Does AI Support Process Management?
Artificial intelligence no longer merely analyses business operations—it actively shapes them:- it can generate a process from a single text prompt,
- it identifies operational patterns and bottlenecks,
- it provides recommendations for optimisation, restructuring and automation.
🔍 Process Mining – When Data Speaks
Process mining technology enables us to reconstruct the following from IT system logs:- the processes that actually took place,
- hidden backtracking and bottlenecks,
- actual lead times and losses.
An 8-Step Process Management Framework
At xFLOWer, we see process management not as a project, but as an operational culture. The 8-step framework presented at the event:
- Modelling
- Analysis
- Optimisation
- Implementation
- Operation
- Monitoring
- Improvement
- Automation

Live Demo: Working Software in Minutes
We concluded the presentation with a practical live demo: using xFLOWer.ai, we jointly modelled a supplier qualification process that:- included a multi-step process diagram,
- was complemented by forms, fields and rules,
- and ultimately became a working software module—in less than 10 minutes.
- hundreds of questions were raised about customisation, AI and implementation,
- many participants were already thinking about modelling their own processes.
