test organizational knowledge before the work starts!

The concept behind the logon test module is that all employees shall receive daily questions related to their profession and these questions shall be answered within a given time period. Depending on corporate learning concept and policies, the module provides flexible usability in various forms and fields.

Logon test also provides the possibility to compare objective measurement results. Predefined multiple choice tests are applied for knowledge testing; the answers can be analyzed later either by the coworker or by the management of the company.

xFLOWer logon test provides complete freedom in test distribution. From a large number of questions many different tests can be compiled and screened in different orders. Different questions can be distributed to different coworkers in the same field, hence copying and cheating during the testing can be avoided, while related administrational workload decreases. Administrators only have to compile all questions and mark compulsory ones that must be asked by all means. Beyond compulsory questions, the system can distribute a desired number of other related questions to compile a complete test.

xFLOWer logon test module measures coworkers level of knowledge. By compiling the most important organizational information into daily/weekly/monthly tests, skills and knowledge can be monitored continuously. Questions may relate to a number of different areas such as product knowledge, process knowledge, IT and marketing campaign knowledge or any other required subject that needs to be tested. Therefore, possible deficiencies in coworkers’ knowledge can be evinced and corrected quickly by starting learning cycles as needed.

Basically, Logon test module is a framework for objective knowledge measurement.

It is possible to designate testing in a way that only requires holding the knowledge levels. It is a proven strategy to keep coworkers updated with important news (marketing actions, technology news, product changes, etc.) After completing the test, coworkers can review their results and learn from their mistakes. Test inspection can be timed eg. to the end of workdays in order to avoid fraudulences.

In most cases, coworker evaluation can be performed based on their test results. Results and answers can be analyzed with different segmentation. This is useful in cases where several groups of employees from the same department are competing against each other in relation with organizational knowledge. Employees’ results can be compared individually too. Such measurement methods can form the fundamentals of various motivational systems.

xFLOWer Logon module enables test result management in a way that enables employee exclusion (from systems, tasks, job, etc.) in case they do not reach a minimum level at the tests. A refined way to that is that certain employees receive no access to certain jobs (by connecting question type and skillset) for which they could not properly answer test questions.

Questions can be organized by type, hence providing the possibility to identify business areas that require the most development in terms of employee education. Questions and question types can be compiled by using xFLOWer Logon test administrational tools.  Job functions can be bound together with different question types too.

In the xFLOWer Logon test environment, most important questions can be distributed to all coworkers in order to ensure basic knowledge level in the organization, while further, more specific questions can be distributed individually to each coworker. Random question distribution is also available. In order to avoid distribution of the same questions to jointly working coworkers – thus avoid cheating and collaboration – questions and possible answers are also randomized. For example, to the same question answer B is good for one employee, while the same answer to the same question appears as answer A to another employee.

The knowledge base, containing all possible questions with their respective answers, can only be administered by entitled coworkers.  Daily or grouped tests can also be compiled here (eg. number of questions, groups/topics connection)

Why choose this training system?

xFLOWer is a robust and mature cloud based workflow and business process management solution with quality assurance functionality. Its development started more than 18 years ago, and it evolved through the years based on international business experience and the actual needs of business leaders throughout Europe.

Contrary to other quality assurance systems, xFLOWer is not only a task recording software, in which statuses and deadlines can be administered, but a much more comprehensive, yet easy to use training system with comprehensive workflow capabilities.

WORKFLOW framework

The xFLOWer logon test module is part of the xFLOWer process management framework, including the most required business processes and data sets predefined. Although, all these predefined values can be tailored and expanded as needed during the implementation period or anytime later!

xFLOWer logon test is a cloud based solution, however it "only" provides a framework to create a business environment for your company - one in which you don't have to change your systems and operations frequently. Check out the xFLOWer product range - you can access all these features anytime: if you need any of it now, it is available, if it will be needed later, implementation into your existing xFLOWer instance will be flawless.

Training processes

In the xFLOWer logon test module, everything is controlled by business processes to which documents are attached. The processes are guiding all colleagues step by step through the administration tasks, so it is not possible to omit any required step of training processes.

Training processes do not end at closing the cases after completing its tasks. xFLOWer manages the whole operative lifecycle of training related cases, including processes before and after test evaluation and results' measurement. However, not all operative processes are manageable on the level of training. Therefore, xFLOWer is equipped with comprehensive workflow capabilities, enabling the management of all operative processes. Some examples of xFLOWer processes include, but are not limited to:

Of course, you are free to decide what processes you use, however, we will suggest some processes to start with. Basic training processes are included by default.  All these processes can be tailored to your exact needs during the implementation period. In case you would like to use different processes, it is possible! Just have a look at all xFLOWer Cloud modules and find the processes that best fit your needs.

Training data sets

xFLOWer logon test module includes employee data sets by default, however, you are free to decide what further types of data you want to store and manage. The possibilities are endless: store employees’ unique data types such as foot size, language knowledge, political relationships or the kids’ names - really whatever you may imagine!

In case you have existing data sets in different systems, it is possible to establish interface connections to these systems. Hence, there's no need to re-enter existing employee data into xFLOWer during implementation.

In case you need different data sets, not only a customer database, it is also possible with xFLOWer. Create data sets for CRM, real estate, receivables, accessories, partners or anything else. Business processes will always be attached to the appropriate data set.

Therefore, training processes can be started for employee data sets, operational processes or projects – in a word: everything.

Ready to use solution

Even the best system can’t provide a complete solution if operational processes are designated erroneously. For this reason, ready – made processes based on international best practices are integrated into all xFLOWer modules, which ensure professional organization of work from the first moment of usage. This unique feature enables business leaders to redefine operational processes solely by appointing coworkers for certain tasks – the rest is done by xFLOWer.

xFLOWer Cloud logon test module contains all the above features and enables the definition, management and automation of all operational processes regardless the number of processes, users or documents involved. By automating certain tasks, resources are freed within the organization, hence saving costs, time and energy for your enterprise. Therefore the company is enabled to focus on sales, clients and the constant development of its core competence to retain its competitive edge.
