The evaluations are conducted through one or multiple iterations, after which the choices are laid out. The type of proposals can vary depending on whether you solely require an expert (business analyst) or if a software solution is also necessary. There's a chance that a software solution (workflow system) may not be required at all, and only a business analysis is needed. Alternatively, we might suggest workflow support software that can be promptly implemented in a carefully considered and evaluated business domain. If a comprehensive process evaluation needs to precede the software service proposal, multiple proposals can be formulated even at a later stage.

Project implementation, introduction
Upon contract finalization, an expert evaluation of processes and requirements is conducted, with the findings integrated into the forthcoming system development. We identify opportunities for streamlining, eliminating superfluous redundancies, and rectifying bottlenecks. We pinpoint areas in the process where data and information are lost. The results of the expert assessment will be synchronized with the Client before commencing the evaluation of business processes and/or the creation of the IT support system.
The initial phase, referred to as the kick-off meeting, involves a comprehensive review of the entire process. We determine which data fields need to be incorporated into the system at each step, when specific documents must be generated, and which steps can be automated. In cases involving multiple processes, we prioritize the most crucial one to avoid simultaneous development of all applications.
Development and parameterization are collaborative efforts with the client, involving weekly meetings where we present and deliver the application progress to date, proceeding based on feedback. Approximately 2-4 weeks into the process, we provide the application for testing. Weekly consultations continue until the conclusion of the testing period (averaging 1.5-3 months from the outset). During activation, test data is purged, leaving only the active core data within the application.
