xFLOWer campaign management module includes customer data sets by default, however, you are free to decide what further types of data you want to store and manage. The possibilities are endless: store customers' company size, location, buying potential, premises, contact persons or unique data types such as foot size, language knowledge, turnover, political relationships or the GM's kids’ names - really whatever you may imagine!
Following the same logic, relevant, customer related metadata can be stored in the database. Therefore, it becomes transparent which customer – or prospect – is interested in which product or service, what is not interesting for them or anything similar. Of course, attaching such data to customers makes segmentation much more sophisticated, enabling more effective targeting and more efficient usage of the sales budget. 
In case you have existing data sets in different systems, it is possible to establish interface connections to these systems. Hence, there's no need to re-enter existing data into xFLOWer during implementation. 
In case you need different data sets, not only a customer database, it is also possible with xFLOWer. Create data sets for HR, real estate, receivables, accessories, partners or anything else. Sales campaign processes will always be attached to the appropriate data set.
Of course, to complete some processes connections between or usage of multiple data sets might be needed. Resellers’ sales activities might be a good example for that. In that case, the campaign processes are run from the customer database, but in case of an order, the supplier might also be involved in the process. The system is able to manage the order management process too, even to the management of logistics to the point of takeover confirmation by the client.

Practical example

The following telesales campaign example shows the basic functionality of the module

  1. Loading a collated customer or prospect list – As a first step, an Excel list of customers, coming from a different system is loaded. The list contains different segments which require different communication.
  2. After loading, the system checks segmentation. In practice, it is a fixed column in the customer data table. Based on that, the system starts customized communication processes for each segment respectively. In these processes, different product offers, channels and other unique variables can be set. 
  3. Task delegation – the system check the availabilities of telesales colleagues – and in certain cases their preset skills too – and starts delegating telesales tasks. 
  4. Calls – Telesales colleagues start calling the prospects based on segmentation, meaning that colleagues receive different call scripts, sales offers for different prospect and customer types. After the call, the results are recorded in the system. (eg. further call needed, asked for callback, did not pick up, declined the offer, etc.)
  5. Based on the results, the system might start further processes (eg. in case a callback was requested, or a personal meeting is needed, etc.) or close the process in case the customer was not interested or asked the colleague not to call again.
  6. After all customers in the list has been called, the system closes the process and prepares an Excel table with the results. Later, it can be loaded into the CRM system (in case you are not using xFLOWer CRM – if you do, this step is automatic!) where further processes may start as needed, based on the preset sales process parameters.
